This Fitvell PVC pipe fitting is made of white PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for chemical and corrosion resistance, strong and lighter than a metal fitting. Good performance with corrosion resistance, high strength and less weight than metal fittings. Smooth interior finish to reduced friction and material buildup. Also available to connect with other materials including steel, copper, or cast iron using metal-to-plastic transition fittings (not included). Widely used in irrigation, underground sprinkler systems, swim pools, outdoor applications, cold water supply lines, and rainwater collection bucket system. Not for drinking water installation.
